Today, June 21,we celebrated International Yoga🧘♀️ Day. It was a peaceful🕊 day. A Yoga🧘♀️ section was arranged in our college. June 21 is World Day of Music🎶. So we organized the Yoga section mixed with a peaceful music🎶 to refresh our mind along with body.
The Yoga🧘♀️ section was handled by our Physical Education teacher Karthikeyan Sir.The Yoga🧘♀️ poses were demonstrated by Amritha and Vrinda. It started with simple Yoga steps followed by 𝚂𝚄𝚁𝚈𝙰 𝙽𝙰𝙼𝙰𝚂𝙺𝙰𝚁. After that Pushpaletha miss handled the Meditation section. Both the sections are beneficial for each and everyone. The Yoga🧘♀️ section helped me to manage my stress😖 and to became relaxed😊😊.
